go from frazzled to festive.
Has Christmas become more of a burden than a blessing?
Magazines and Pinterest boards display picture-perfect snapshots of Christmas that you try, but fail, to recreate. Blogs post overwhelming checklists of what you should be doing this holiday season. Your calendar is stuffed fuller than a Christmas turkey. There are things you want to do with your loved ones, but you are inundated with things you feel you have to do instead. Your budget’s a mess, the kids are whiny, your husband’s neglected and, quite frankly, you’re burned out, frazzled, and feeling inadequate.
You’re not the only one. Everywhere you look this time of year there are harried mamas and frazzled papas and screaming kids on Santa’s lap. People force a meaningless “Happy Holidays” through gritted teeth, but they look anything but happy.
Where is the joy?
There was a time when I, too, lost some of the joy of Christmas. Holidays used to bring out the bad elf in me, but not anymore. My Christmas story has a happy ending, and yours can too. That’s why I wrote this ebook.
From Frazzled to Festive is not another Christmas craft and recipe book. It’s not going to make you feel inadequate for not decorating more, volunteering more, partying more, or baking more. It’s also not going to tell you to get rid of your favorite aspects of Christmas, such as the presents or the cookies. Good heavens, don’t take away my cookies!
Rather, it’s a journey toward rediscovering the joy and meaning of a simple Christmas. It guides you through assessing what matters most to your family at Christmas and helps you gently trim away what causes stress instead of joy. It also helps you simplify the elements of the holiday that remain so you can focus on your family.
|Enjoy Christmas as it should be.|
From Frazzled to Festive is a guide to a joyful, stress-free, meaningful Christmas for your entire family.
If you’re happy in a perpetual state of busyness, perhaps this book is not for you. If, however, you want to rediscover the peace in your holidays and the meaning in your traditions, and if you want to focus on your family, then you are the person I was thinking of as I wrote From Frazzled to Festive.
Here’s a look at the table of contents for my 102-page ebook:
Rediscovering the joy and meaning of Christmas can be a wonderful journey for you and your family. From Frazzled To Festive shares not only the philosophy behind simplifying your holidays, but also several practical approaches for beginning the journey toward a more meaningful Christmas.
Ultimately, From Frazzled To Festive gives you permission to get rid of the aspects of Christmas that don’t bring you joy, to focus on what makes Christmas meaningful to your family, and to do so without guilt. It encourages you to give your family one of the best Christmas presents you can give—your presence.
For a little more than the price of a venti Starbuck’s Gingerbread Latte you can start learning how to recapture a joyful, focused Christmas. Now that is priceless.
Here’s to a simple, meaningful, joy-filled Christmas!
